With two established homes and ongoing expansion across British Columbia and Alberta, their model is built on dignity, respect, and compassionate, individualized care for seniors.

Families exploring senior care are often under emotional stress, so clarity, reassurance, and empathy were essential. This insight shaped a brand direction centered on warmth, respect, and calm, ensuring the digital experience felt supportive rather than clinical or overwhelming.

The website was designed to feel inviting and reassuring from the first interaction. A soft, warm visual theme paired with natural green tones was used to promote feelings of health, wellness, and comfort to reflect the peaceful, home-like environment Care Cottages provides. Clear navigation, plain-language content, and thoughtful layouts made it easy for families to understand care options, explore locations, and find answers without friction.
Accessibility and ease of use were prioritized throughout, ensuring visitors of all ages and abilities could navigate the site confidently.
